Mash Gang Stoop Lite Lager

How lite can a lite beer be? OK, so it feels a bit audacious of me to come over from the UK, and start brewing Lite beer in Milwaukee at the site of the original Pabst brewery. But for me, this is absolutely a dream. We started int he UK but our first large batch of beer was an American Pilsner. I feel like this represents one of the largest challenges in NA. how do you get the lightness and crispness and all day drinkability across without losing something? Well, I hope I did it justice.
